Pre Sale Questions

If the specified delivery time of 5 to 8 business days has passed and you still haven't received anything, send an email to support@beaconelle.com. We will then investigate what happened to your package.

Please contact us directly at support@beaconelle.com for assistance with tracking your order.

To return an item, simply contact our customer service via support@beaconelle.com. State your name, the order number that you received in the confirmation email, and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with the return address and confirm the return shipment. Once this is done, you can send the product back to us using a shipping service of your choice.
