You may return most new, unworn items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Your item must be in its original condition, packaging, and with tags.

To start a return, contact us at support@beaconelle.com. If accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please note that certain items like sale products, gift cards, perishable goods, and custom orders cannot be returned.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
